Cancellation Policy

We value your business and appreciate your understanding. To ensure fairness to both parties please read the policy: To cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten your service. I understand that life happens so in cases of emergencies, please contact as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate.
